Gene-edited mice（HuNano mouse）

HuNano mouse independently developed by Life Biosciences satisfies the need for nanobody development. It covers majority of the heavy chain variable region genes in humans, with notable advantages such as :

① Nanobodies with small molecular weight and excellent tissue penetration,  can cross the blood-brain barrier, infiltrate tumors, and reach areas that conventional antibodies cannot reach;

② Human nanobodies obtained by screening for major disease targets can be directly used in the development of nanobody drugs, bifunctional antibody drugs, CAR-T/NK and NDC drugs;

③ Human single-chain antibody sequence produced by HuNano mouse can be used for drug development without in vitro humanization modification, saving a lot of time and cost while reducing the risk of subsequent development.
